Dear Natural Awakenings Readers and Friends,
Going Green, Being Conscious, Living Balanced and Awakened are so many terms that we hear over and over again nowadays. What I hope to bring you in this issue is that these terms are not radical changes or some bandwagon that you have to jump on but simply a mere thought to question each action that you take in daily life. How it affects you, others, and the world. Almost like the green holy trinity.

The One T @ a Time campaign, led by Green Changes demonstrated that aligning with like-minded people, and networking through their natural resources can yield great rewards.
What is Ozone?
Wouldn’t it be great if there were a natural medicine that safely destroyed every bacteria, fungus yeast and mold with virtually no adverse reactions? And what if it also destroyed every toxin, harmful free radicle, and parasite in our body safely as well? If it existed you would probably have read about it or heard about it from someone or somewhere by now. Wouldn’t you? Well guess what! It not only does exist, but it has been used in over 45 countries by thousands of physicians in hundreds of hospitals and clinics for over 70 years! Not only that, but there are hundreds of peer reviewed medical studies on it’s use.

With warm and sunny days ahead, it’s time to store away winter gear: bulky jackets and coats, hats and boots. Once again we are reminded of how little space we have and how much ‘stuff’ we actually have. Some of us are already at work, ready and willing to go thru closets and storage- sorting, donating and simply tossing away. And some of us put this project off, year after year, finding every excuse to hold on to things that tie us down and prevent us from moving forward.
Being organic not only pertains to what you put in your body, but what you put on your body.
